Judge bans Mongols from wearing trademark logo

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Mongols can no longer wear patches bearing the motorcycle gang's insignia following what appears to be an unprecedented court order stripping them of their trademarked logo. Full Story

"Federal prosecutors say the Mongols routinely engage in murder, torture, drug trafficking and other offenses." Obviously they were in direct competition with the Bush administration!

So now we have the government telling people what they can and can't wear. If this could happen to the Mongols it could happen to each and every group that wears a patch or logo to identify thermselves. Be it a motorcycle club, a white pride group, or even the freakin' Boy Scouts. Even though some say the Mongols deserve it we all must take a stand against governmental behavior such as this. What's next seizing leather jackets, blue jeans, or banning certain haircuts? Not long after that they'll be holding book burnings and incarcerating particular segments of the population. Kind of reminds me of something that happened about 70 years ago in eastern Europe(88). Arm yourselves Brothers and Sisters because it won't take forever for them to come after you because of the lifestyle we lead and your ability to speak your mind. I for one will not allow them to take away my rights.
